The Booking Process
- You check our on-line calendar to ensure the dates you want are available
- You send us a booking request directly by email
- Alternatively if you are on the Cottages Direct website select Contact User and then use their their on-line booking form
- We reply confirming availability and ask for a deposit of £40
- You pay us the deposit via PayPal or by sending a cheque by post
- We acknowledge receipt of the deposit and at this point mark your booking as confirmed
- We will usually send you an email just before your visit to check your arrival time and make sure we've got your mobile phone number
- You pay the balance on arrival by cash, by cheque or by PayPal
